Resource Is Like the Last Blade
Resource is like a tube of toothpaste or the last blade. You live on the last 20% for 80% of the time.
The hardest thing for me in the current situation is spending my resource wisely. Both financially and emotionally.
It’s probably impossible to spend your energy in a smart way right now. Stress always takes a lot of energy. Someone spends too much energy, someone switches to extra saving mode.
I’ve identified the following principle:
Do first what you understand and know how to do. It probably won’t take a lot of energy, but it will create a foundation of confidence in your own capabilities. Plus you can help others.
- If you’re good at math, count your expenses and help others with it.
- If you know foreign languages, talk to foreigners about your work or hobby, plus you can help your family and friends with foreign language.
- Are you a cool developer? Build a few more VPNs for your friends, build a couple of websites or apps.
- Are you a cool salesman? Help your friends bargain for a cheaper rent.
There is an endless number of chats and websites with all sorts of information now, but it’s the human contact that reassures. Both those who help and those who are helped.
I’m ready to help calculate some expenses or income, as well as to help with a second opinion on what to do with your business in the current situation.
